Exotic Pets are Not Allowed. Dogs and Cats. The foregoing restrictions are not applicable for service animals and/or assistance animals.

Are there any deposits, fees, per pet or monthly charges to have a pet?
Pets 1-45 pounds must pay a non-refundable fee of $300 plus $15 monthly pet rent. Pets 46 + pounds must pay $500 non-refundable pet fee and $20 monthly pet rent.
