The approved applicant must prove that they qualify for the home on their own.
Is my security deposit totally refundable?
Yes, as long as all criteria are met upon move out, such as account in good standing, lease term fulfilled, apartment return in good condition with only normal wear and tear.
If I get a job transfer, can I break the lease?
No
Can I change to a month-to-month lease plan after my first year?
Yes, but there will be applicable fees that will be applied such as the Month to Month fee, and rent increases to current market rent.

How long is the term of the lease?
We offer 6 month leases, up to 13 month leases.
Do you accept leases for short terms?
We can offer 3 month leases up to 5 month leases for a premium rental rate.
Am I required to have renter's insurance?
You will be charged a fee of $10 monthly for liability insurance in the amount of $100,000. If you would like to cover your personal property you may do so with the carrier of your choice.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?
Work orders are required to be reported through the resident portal.

Is there a place where I can pay my rent after office hours?
All rent payments must be made either through the online resident portal or by using a payment coupon at a store such as Walmart, PLS, HEB, See online resident portal for a list of stores.
There is a person who might be staying with me for a while, is that permitted?
You must notify the office is you have a visitor staying with you for 3 days within a 7 day period.

I have a motorcycle, where can I park it?
Motorcycles must be parked in a parking space.
My children live with me in the summer; do I need to notify your office when they arrive?
It is best practice to ensure that you list your children as occupants on your lease contract.
Can I install my satellite dish at my apartment?
Satellite dishes are not allowed.

You are allowed to paint your apartment, but upon moving out it must be put back to the original color or you will be charged upon move out.
